Recruitment Trainee Internship

Internships Malta offers the chance to get into the recruitment sector. Our client is hiring a recruitment trainee for an internship lasting four months. Candidates ideally come from an HR or psychology background, though other experience is considered.

Responsibilities

• Researching potential candidates for open vacancies on our database and on social networks
• Screening potential candidates
• Interviewing potential candidates
• Following up regularly with candidates
• Reporting to the supervisor in charge
• Formatting CVs
• Other administration tasks as needed

Requirements

• Experience in HR or recruitment preferred
• Strong spoken and written communication skills
• Comfortable communicating professionally with different audiences
• Confident with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
