Our client is involved in the hairstylist industry and is looking for a responsible and motivated intern to join their team! This internship is ideal for students currently studying to become hairstylists. hair-dressers, barbers and beauticians.
Responsibilities

Helping the hairstylists with client preparation

Helping with application and removal of simple hair-dressing treatments and applying hair products

Assisting with the sterilization and maintenance of equipment

Cutting and styling hair using various equipment (razors, clippers and scissors)

Shampooing, conditioning, bleaching, applying dye or tint

Styling hair using equipment (straightening irons, brushes and combs)

Assisting in the sale of retail products and recommending products and treatments after assessing a client's hair condition

Operating a cash register and computer

Performing reception duties such as answering telephones and scheduling appointments
Requirements

Upper intermediate level of English

Good public relation skills

Able to operate a cash register

Able to perform basic operations on a computer
