Internships Malta has an internship in the retail sector. Our client works in retail and e-commerce and is looking for a responsible, motivated and tech-savvy intern to join the team for 3 to 6 months.
Responsibilities
- Helping with the day-to-day running of the retail outlet
- Stock control training
- E-commerce management (training on the two most popular online platforms)
- Visual merchandising training (displaying current and new products, seasonal stock rotation)
- Collecting marketing data (surveys, customer reviews and so on)
- Taking part in brainstorming sessions on products and customer experience
Requirements
- Customer service skills
- Communication and organisational skills
- Confident with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Understanding of web tools and platforms
