Internships Malta is offering a sales and customer care internship with a busy, accredited English language school. You will work alongside the sales team, helping turn enquiries from around the world — with a special focus on the German-speaking market — into happy students.
Responsibilities
- Provide general help and assistance to the Sales team and take part in weekly sales meetings
- Welcome new students at the school on Monday mornings
- Prepare offers and quotes from the school price list and current special offers
- Help customers by email, phone and chat with clear, accurate information
- Monitor trends in the German market and build relationships with institutions in Germany
- Prepare weekly student lists in Excel and assist students during breaks
Requirements
- Native or fluent German, plus good English (B2 or higher)
- Confident, friendly communicator who enjoys helping people
- Comfortable using Excel and email; organised and detail-oriented
- An interest in sales, marketing or customer care
- Preferred duration 3 to 6 months
Practical details
- Up to 30–40 hours per week, Monday to Saturday
- Optional staff accommodation available at €350/month all-inclusive (shared room, subject to availability)
