Student Leisure Department & Customer Care

Internships Malta is offering a leisure and customer care internship with a busy, accredited English language school. You will own the adult students’ social life — building the activity programme, selling it and leading it.

Leisure Department

• Plan and build the weekly leisure and activity programme for adult students
• Actively promote and sell activities to students, take payments and record sales daily
• Organise everything an activity needs — transport, tour guides and suppliers
• Accompany and guide students on activities as their Group Leader
• Take photos and videos with students for marketing purposes

Customer Care & Reception

• Be the go-to person interacting with adult students
• Cover the main reception professionally and assist with student questions
• Prepare arrival welcome packs and materials for new clients

Requirements

• Outgoing, energetic and genuinely sociable, with strong organisation skills
• Minimum English B2 level; additional languages an asset
• Happy to work some evenings and weekends when activities run
• Preferred duration 3 to 6 months

Practical details

• Up to 30–40 hours per week, Monday to Saturday
• Optional staff accommodation available at €350/month all-inclusive (shared room, subject to availability)
