What We’re Looking For:
We’re searching for motivated, positive, and ocean-loving individuals who want to gain real-world experience in a dynamic outdoor environment. As an intern at Malta Surf School, you'll be part of a small, passionate team bringing surf culture to the Mediterranean.
Ideal Intern Profile:
Passionate about surfing, SUP (stand-up paddle), water sports, or outdoor activities
Friendly and outgoing – you’ll engage with clients from all over the world
Good English communication skills (extra languages are a bonus)
Reliable, organized, and proactive
Physically active – you’ll spend time in the sun, water, and on your feet
Willing to learn and support across different areas of the surf school
Comfortable working in a team and sometimes independently
A good swimmer
Not prone to seasickness, whether on boats or SUP boards
Social media, photography, or content creation skills are a big plus
Tasks & Responsibilities:
Assisting with surf lessons, SUP lessons, and SUP rentals
Helping with equipment preparation and maintenance (boards, paddles, wetsuits, leashes, etc.)
Welcoming students and assisting with check-ins
Supporting the organization and logistics during SUP Day events
Keeping the beach area clean and well-arranged
Taking photos/videos for social media content (optional but encouraged)
Occasionally helping with wakeboarding sessions (optional)
