Responsibilities
Answering phones and redirecting calls to the appropriate departments
Answering inquiries about the company
Greet visitors and ensure that they are comfortable
Ensuring the reception area is tidy
Arranging appointments and scheduling meetings
Coordinating office activities
Coordinating mail flow in and out of the office
Sending emails
Providing administrative assistance to your line manager
Occasionally help in the normal tasks of diving operation(clean up equipment, cars, carrying tanks, or diving equipment
Requirements
Upper Intermediate level of the English language
A second language is considered an asset
Good communication skills
Outgoing and positive character
Very proactive person
No diving experience is necessary
